1. Who we are

Bayse Integrated Services Limited is a Nigerian technology-enabled capital market services company with its registered office at Ogudu, Kosofe, Lagos State, Nigeria. Bayse provides the technology through which you access listed investments. Bayse does not execute trades on the exchange and does not act as custodian of client assets.

2. Current status of the service

Bayse Integrated Services Limited is pursuing a Digital Sub-Broker licence from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria. This environment is a sandbox using simulated market data and simulated money. No order placed here reaches an exchange and no payment instruction is executed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in Nigeria for the purposes of account verification, and able to provide the identity information required by regulation. Accounts must be opened in your own name; you may not operate an account on behalf of another person.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Provide accurate identity, address and profile information, and update it when it changes.
• Use only funds that belong to you, from lawful sources.

5. Orders and execution

Orders you place are instructions to transmit an order to a licensed broker-dealer partner. Execution is subject to market conditions, exchange rules and partner acceptance. Prices shown are indicative until an order is filled, and the final executed price may differ from the price displayed when you placed a market order.

6. Charges

Charges are itemised before you confirm any order and published on our fees page. Charges may change; the current schedule always applies at the time of the transaction.

7. No advice

Bayse provides information, data and educational material. Nothing on the platform is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

8. Limits of liability

Bayse is not liable for investment losses arising from market movements, for the acts or omissions of licensed partners acting under their own regulatory permissions, or for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
