Investment platforms fail when responsibilities blur. Bayse keeps technology, execution and custody separate by design.
Your assets are not held by Bayse
Securities you buy are recorded in your own investor account through licensed custody infrastructure and the Central Securities Clearing System. Bayse is the technology layer; it is not the custodian.
Execution by licensed partners
Orders are transmitted to licensed broker-dealer partners who execute on the Nigerian Exchange under their own regulatory permissions.
Account access controls
Access is protected by password authentication with the option of signing in through Google. You can review active sessions and sign out from your security settings.
Verified identity for every account
Every investment account is verified before trading is enabled, using BVN, NIN, address and photo identification, in line with Nigerian regulatory requirements.
Complete audit trail
Every order, wallet movement, verification decision and administrative action is recorded with who did it, when and what changed. Financial records are never silently edited.
Least-privilege staff access
Internal roles are separated: compliance staff review verifications, operations staff handle orders, finance staff handle settlement. Nobody has blanket access to everything.
WhatBaysewillneverdo
If you are ever contacted with any of the following, it is not Bayse.
- Ask for your password, one-time code or full BVN over the phone, email or chat.
- Ask you to transfer money to a personal bank account.
- Promise a guaranteed, fixed or risk-free return on a market investment.
- Pressure you to invest quickly because an opportunity is about to close.
